Yoast WordPress SEO not working on WooCommerce Shop pages

Yoast WordPress SEO is not working on my WooCommerce Shop pages only. https://www.studiopatrice.com/wordpress/fine-art-prints-direct-from-artst

This is my WordPress SEO Snippet Preview on that page:

But when I go the WooCommerce Shop page and “View Page Source”, the HTML Title tag reads: “Products Archive – Fine Art Paintings by Artist Patrice Stephens-Bourgeault” But there is no “META name=description content=”

Then I did a search on Google for the above HTML Title tag (“Products Archive – Fine Art … etc.) and received the following from Google:

Patrice, a plein-air artist, combines …” (Google is using the first few sentences of the pages content rather than what I put under META description in WordPress SEO. And I don’t know where they got the TITLE from?)
