Correcting the autogenerated page references

I installed this plugin and it automatically moved a heap of images to the blog storage. No problems there.
It then updated the page references to those images, unfortunately to the wrong address I inserted into the CNAME field. Oops.
Now it won’t change the page references to anything else.
How do I update the page references back to standard, or a new CNAME?
