Changelog?

    Hello Alexander,

    I really love Hueman, I have installed it on most of my blogs. Thank you for it, really.

    However, I have one small issue, the absence of changelog either here on the theme page or on your site (or did I miss it?)
    When there are new versions of the themes like today, it’d be helpful to know what is modified (either to hunt for possible bugs or to know about new features).

    Do you think you could implement one? (or tell me where it is if I missed it somewhere)
