File Change Alerts on plugin / core updates.

Updating WP plugins / themes/ core triggers a File Change Alert – it would be useful to at least include in the log the event of manual (or automatic core) updates so webmaster would know to worry less ??
That’s if it’s not feasible to skip the alerts triggered by updates altogether.
