Login redirect not working

I’m unable to get the login redirect to work for a custom User Role I created.
Site is here: https://brokeragepros.wpengine.com/
I have a custom user role called “hg”
When I login with testing credentials with this role, I land on whatever page I logged in from, not on the page I specified in the plugin settings
