Can't find the actual plugin html on the site

Hello, I am trying to run some A/B tests with this pop-up using the Optimizely tool, but in order to do so I need to be able to change some HTML in the pop-up and I cannot for the life of me find any part of it when looking in the page source code. Is the modal created via iframe or completely on the fly with JS? Any way to alter the live html with a tool like optimizely or otherwise do A/B tests? Thank you!
