• After installing and enabling the plugin, and logging out I had cleared all the cookies and cache.

When I visit the site first time and look at the source code this message shows:
“Quick Cache is NOT caching this page, because the current user visiting this page (usually YOU), appears to be logged-in. The current configuration says NOT to cache pages for logged-in visitors. This message may also appear if you have an active PHP session on this site, or if you’ve left (or replied to) a comment recently. If this message continues, please clear your cookies and try again.”

And then when I visit the site again this message shows:
    “Quick cache is fully functional…”

I tried the similar thing using another IP and different browsers. I get the same thing.

So why does it not work at the first visit?

    Regards

    Hi Ed,

It sounds like the WordPress authentication cookie and/or session is remaining in your browser when you load the page and that something is clearing it out for subsequent page loads.

For testing purposes, I recommend using the “Private mode” (Safari) or “Incognito” (Chrome) to ensure that the browser you’re visiting the website with is clean and has no erroneous sessions/cookies.

    Hi Raam,

I tried “Incognito” (Chrome) and got the same result.

    Thanks

    Hi Ed,

Would you be able to share a link to the site so that I can see if I get the same notes?
