• Hello!

I’ve installed Tidy yesterday, but I can’t use Theme Options.
I’ve tried clicking all the buttons in every browser I have, desactivated plugins, changed memory limit, but still not working.
    What else can I try?
Or is it a version conflict?

@yuiko, To better serve you, will you be able to provide information more specifically? (i.e. Your WordPress version, plugins you are using, etc)
Is it only happening in the Theme Options? Is it letting you press buttons at least? We want you to try using default WordPress theme and see if everything is working correctly too.

Same problem with me. For example if I try to click on “Layout settings” I see that there is link https://www.shoppi.in/wp-admin/themes.php?page=tidy-options#options-group-4 but then, it doesn’t go there! I just keep clicking and it stays on “About” option only! Please help.

@prasanna Kakunje, are you using any plugins on this theme? If so, will you be able to provide the name of the plugin(s)?
We have also discovered the compatibility issue with the latest version of GMO Font Agent plugin (Version 1.2). If you are using this plugin, please disable it to see if the problem goes away. You may download and use the older version (Version 1.1) for time being.

@ WP Shop byGMO: No I don’t have any font plugin. I am using Jetpack, Mojo Marketplace and WooCommerce, only these plugins.

@ WP Shop byGMO:In fact I just want to disable the “Nothing Found” section on my home page (all pages). URL is https://www.shoppi.in

@prasanna Kakunje, will you try disabling plugins and see if the problem stays? When multiple plugins with similar functionality are enabled at the same time, they tend crash each other. We would suggest disabling one by one to find out which plugin is causing the problem.
For “Not Found” issue, try clicking “Appearance” on left nav, “Layout Settings” then turn off the “Show Static Front Page Area” switch to see if it goes away.
