    Above post, I had to turn the feature off to resolve. It would be great to fix the conflict.

    The other issue is padding. When the larger images opens, there is a large amount of space top and bottom from the browsers edge. We need to maximize this where we are showing letterheads. Even with the browser fully open on a 30 inch monitor, the wide padding makes them hard to read.

    How can we reduce the top and bottom padding?

    I dont know the Karma theme. Do you have any url for showing this issue?

    About the second post:

    I also need a url for seeing this issue on your theme.

    There should be only a 80px top padding, which is not much…

    Greetings, I simply deactivate the [Drag to Share+] feature to fix the issue, where it has been two weeks since I posted the problem ?? Karma is the best-selling theme on multiple sites, including themeforest.net (25,000 sales that site alone); therefore it is a major consideration.

    If you go here: https://ehrmanblog.org/letter-from-urban-ministries-of-durham/ and click to see the popped up letter, you will see 80 pixels from the top edge and 120 pixels from the bottom edges. People complained about not being able to read the content, even full screen. Even if only a photo, the padding is immense. At most, the padding should be 40 pixels padding top and bottom. Or at least the plugin could provide a means to edit the values as a user sees fit. In my client’s case, I would set 20 pixels top and bottom.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    soory for not asnwering you earlierr, but WordPress is not sending me mails about new topics here any longer since a few weeks. So i miss often new support requests and have to check here manually ??

    Could you send me the theme via mail to info [at] wpmarketplace.net?

    I than will be able to write a fix for this issue.

    To the second issue:

    I checked with Chrome and the letter is perfectly scaled and visible for me.
    If you like to change the padding use this custom css:

    .lb-overlay:target {
    padding: 40px 100px 40px 100px;
    }

    I can read the letter perfectly too, but mobile users cannot. The padding customization worked perfectly.

    No, I can’t provide a paid for theme via email, that would be unethical. I will simply keep the [Drag to Share+] feature turned off.

    Thanks.
