trailing slash in the Autor Website field

again with a question,
if any author add the URL of your site in Author Website field, when the URL displayed on the post, shown as follows:
https://www.thesite.com or https://www.thesite/article/
and in such case the link is good, but if the url added something like:
https://www.misitio.com/profile/georgi/?photo_id=81 or https://www.othersite.com/photos/view/15475-146944.html
automatically is included in the link a trailing slash “/”
https://www.misitio.com/profile/georgi/?photo_id=81/ or https://www.othersite.com/photos/view/15475-146944.html/
and then the link no longer works
Is there any way to prevent the use automatic of the “/”?
