Keywords function not working well in Related Posts Plugin

  • I’m using version 2.04 of this plugin and WordPress 2.1.1.

    The keywords feature for the related posts plugin doesn’t seem to work very well.

    When I use it on my blog, it often still ignores it in favor of post titles.

    I would really appreciate it if someone could clean up the keywords code in this plugin so that this problem will be resolved.

    An instance of the keywords feature not working can be seen here. As you can see, the related posts that are listed have nothing to do with the original post. The plugin is looking at the word “Blue” from the post title and ignoring the keywords that I embedded into the article.

    Oddly, the keyword embedding feature has worked in 2 other posts. It seems to be hit or miss for some reason.

    I cannot find any contact info for the authors of this plugin.

    Anyone? Also, am now using WP version 2.1.2.

    I m facing the same problem too. I m using the same WP version and same post-related plugin version as yours.
    The keywords that i have inserted in my post, didn’t work.
    That’s y you can see my post’s related post section is still blank.
    I think we might need to try an older version of the plugin.

    I have solve the problem. I use Similar Post Plugin rather than post related plugin.
