plugin cannot find backup folder, although it is there!

    Hello,

    I am reciving the following error:
    1- Backup folder does NOT exist. Please create ‘backup-db’ folder in ‘/home/ustoritv/public_html/wp-content’ folder and CHMOD it to ‘777’ or change the location of the backup folder under DB Option.
    Backup folder is NOT writable. Please CHMOD it to ‘777’.
    I have redirected the DB Options several times to the correct absolute path (https://www.ustoritva.com/wp-content/backup-db). I have also tried variations on the relative path (such as: public_html/wp-content/backup-db The folder DOES exist and the permissions are set to 777. please advise.

    No backups are working at this time.

    1. Show me a print screen of DB Options page
    2. SSH into your host and cd to /home/ustoritv/public_html/wp-content/backup-db and type pwd. That will show you the correct path.

    Thank you for replying. I checked all the settings and they still looked correct… I just deactivated and uninstalled the Plug-in and then re-installed and reactivated it and everything worked smoothly. I guess i should have tried that first! Thanks again for your reply.
