Help Needed

Im totally tech challenged, but I wanted to know how I find a wordpress template for my website that is basically blank, with only the layout I want, but no other theme designs… so that I can use my own backgrounds and icons and buttons and such… is there a blank theme I can use to do this or will I need a friend to do this via coding?
