Width and Height in shortode and Width in Pecentage

1. Is there a way we can give the height and width in the shortcode so that we can create different sets of flashcard based on the contents of the flashcards.
I have different flashcard sets but in some the back content is short and long in some sets.
If I apply a big size then for the short content flashcards they look very big with little content.
2. How to apply width in % so that it looks well on mobile devices.
