googlebot not accessing

Hello to all,

I have registered my newsite with google webmastertools but it saya googlebot cannot access it. The ‘discourage search engines’ box is NOT ticked and I think I have done everything else correct. I did have an old site with same domain, but deleted that ages ago and re registered just now.

I just thought my theme may have some options or I have to ‘allow’ it to be accessed somehow. Any ideas would be really appreciated
