Editor Text Color Picker is Blank

After my upgrade to 4.0, when I am in the post editor I can no longer select a color when using the text color picker. The mini-palette just pops up empty, with no colors to select. So I cant automatically change my text color any longer on a post that I am working on. Everything else seems ok, at least so far.
