I’m using the Community add-on. When I go to the Achievements page in my BuddyPress profile it says that my account “hasn’t unlocked any achievement” even though I have. I’ve made sure that the achievement category itself (the default Badges) is set to show in menu, activity, and profile. The achievement itself shows up in the activity stream (with the “Admin earned the badges” message) but does not show up on the Achievements page. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

If you could double check this for me, that’d be awesome.

First being that you’ve earned more than just “steps” that compose a greater achievement. Second being that the achievements you have earned are from the “Badges” achievement type. If not, you’d need to edit the achievement types that they are from, and make sure those are set to display in the achievements tab.

Hi Michael. I set the award to be earned by changing your avatar 1 time. It is set as a “Badges” achievement type, yes. The badge shows as earned, but doesn’t show up on the Badges tab itself.

Would you be willing to let me into the admin to see first hand? I am not sure what to suggest at the moment otherwise.

Sure. Do you have an email I can send the details to?

michael @ webdevstudios dot com will reach me.

If you could provide a login as well as a link to this thread, that’ll help me keep things straight.

Hi Michael, I’ve actually figured out what the problem is! I checked my plugins list and just realized that I have another achievements plugin running at the same time that was using the same page. I disabled it and the issue is now resolved. Sorry, that was my mistake. ??

Not a problem, I’m glad you got it sorted out ??

Let us know if anything else comes up.

I’m having the exact same problem, however I do NOT have another achievements plugin running at the same time.

The achievements are not “steps,” and I’ve set it so they should display on a users profile page…but they’re not.

(The widget that displays the current users achievements IS working, but I want people to be able to see other people’s achievements when they visit profiles too).

Just realized I responded to a [resolved] thread. Will open a new thread if needed…

    Hi,

Is there a way to change the term: Points Awarded to another term? I would like to label this as Score Awarded.

Also, as an example to simplify my inquiry: The first Constellation Tutorial on the BadgeOs Tutorial section that shows a master Badge Graphical chart:

Is there a way to create something of that nature and when users complete Levels, the badges would show f ull color and the others remain faded along with their score.

They can reference back to this Global Scorecard to see their progression?

So essentially: all of the Achievement types displayed as a Map so to speak and as they complete levels, they can clearly see their progression through the process?

    Thanks for your help!

christinaR, if you would be so kind, could you start a new thread for your question? If you have already, I’d appreciate being pointed to it, so that I can respond there.

Nevermind, closed this tab, found the other one. ?? Disregard the reply above.
