    The mini calendar doesn’t have a size per se; it sizes itself to fit the space it’s placed into. You just need to define a width for it to make it smaller.

    The user’s guide doesn’t include anything specific to that effect.

    Would you recommend sizing the jd-calendar container or wrap that container in another container and size the outer container?

    Also, I am a developer that is turning this site over to the client who will be maintaining the site themselves. The web site is for a restaurant and they will use the plugin to list events and also for nightly drink and dinner specials.

    I’d rather not spend a lot of time training the client on how to use your plugin. Would the User Guide help them easily and quickly learn how to use the plugin and save me the time of having to teach them?

    It’ll work equally well to define this on the calendar’s standard wrapper or add your own wrapper; I can’t think of a reason to pick one over the other.

    The guide has a pretty detailed rundown on how to enter and manage events, so yes, it would probably be a significant help to your client.
