Taxes shown, then not charged

    I had a contributor from the US report that on the checkout page it was shown that they would be charged the sales tax, then they were not charged it. They shouldn’t be charged it nor shown it. I have taxes set up properly as far as I can tell. There are different levels of sales tax for Canadian contributors for the various provinces, but any foreign addresses should have no tax shown or charged.

    My setting for default tax rate is 0, and the rates for the provinces are set appropriately.

    The same contributor tells me she was notified that her credit card number was invalid, then the charge went through.

    Can you go to Downloads (Campaigns) > Tools > System Info and paste the contents here?

    I found it in Downloads>Settings>System Info, but when I click it I get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” Even though I’m logged in as Administrator.

    I see that it shows the default tax rate is 13% even though I set it to 0.
