No mails coming through

    Hi,
    Since the latest update of the theme, I haven’t been able to get mails through the contact form.
    Running the latest version of WP and Virtue theme.
    I have tried different mail in WP under general settings to check the problem could be with mail accounts, but no change.

    Any suggestions?

  • Did you set an email to receive from the contact form in your theme options > misc settings?

    Nothing was changed in the latest version that would effect the contact form. But if you continue to have issues try using contact form 7, which is also supported by this theme.

    Hi and thanks for the quick response!

    The whole matter had 2 different approach and one part was with you guys and it checked to be all fine, since no change regarding contact form was made to the theme, since the last update. Thanks for clearing that part out!
    The other aspect of the matter was with web host and they have been working on the matter due to huge amount of unsecured WP installations and ip bans.
    All sis working out now and again, thanks for the help.
