Emails are being sent but not received
-
Hi,
I have recently installed mailpoet and I was trying to send some test emails, I am using GoDaddy as SMTP
I added relay-hosting.secureserver.net as SMTP host
then I added the Log in and password
Port 25, and no secure connection and no Authentication. These are the only setting that kind of work so far, at least with this setting I don’t get an error.
After I send the test email it says that the email was successfully sent
BUT I don’t receive it in my inbox, nor my spam it’s like the email was never sent!I then tried to send a test email with the option “your own website”
the same thing happens, the message says that the email is sent but I don’t receive it in my inbox.I sent a direct message from the email to the test email, it arrived with no problem
then I contacted my host provider and they assured me that the port is open and that emails sent should arrive. Then I went on and sent a test email from the “Gmail” option adding my email and password and a test email, it didn’t work and I got this error:
Error Sending Message Gmail works with MailPoet to (Email)@gmail.com | SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. |
