Internal Server Error

    Why i am getting response like
    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I installed four plugin
    [1] NS Cloner – Site Copier
    [2] User Role Editor
    [3] WooCommerce
    [4] My Own Crated plugin(Only for updating hooks and my 3 custom tables)

    Actually it send me email notification about site creation.And also site get created successfully.But Woocommerce product lisiting shows me empty
    list.
    Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    If you are able to send us your logs from the cloning there might be clues in there. You can use the support button inside the Cloner to get a list of logs to copy and paste. Thanks.

    I already change maximum execution time to 1000

    But still it’s shows internal server error.

    thank you Never Settle Member,
    Actually i was not aware about that.
    I will push my log detail in support.
    But thing is that plugin works very well in my local server.
    But when test it in development server it throws 500 internal server error.
    Also i get email notification about my Site creation.
    But when i goto that created site it shows me empty site.
    I can’t figured it out what’s going wrong with me.

    Sure thing! And again – I apologize we weren’t clear on how to get the logs to us the first time.

    That is very strange. If you still send those logs over we’ll keep looking, but so far we can’t repeat the results. Can you think of anything else that is different between the two environments?

    We have also seen internal server error in weird cases where file permissions are not correct. So you might double-check that all the directories have the right permissions / owner / etc.

    Closing this out – issue was found to be installation specific and Cloner was working fine in other installations.
