Delete your actual plugin and download this:

https://github.com/wp-plugins/buddypress-verified/releases/tag/2.0.3

With this you can use BuddyVerify with SweetDate !

customize your css style…

The placement of image is based on default templates and css, a custom theme might throw off image. Add css to move the image.
