    Hi,
    your shortcode and link are ok. I have inserted your shortcode in a test site “https://filedownload.blog-me.de/Test/” and it is running at once.
    Where do you call the shortcode? in a sidebar?
    Which versions of wordpress and plugin do you use?
    Are there other plugins installed which can influence the behavior of shorcodes?
