upload failure

Hello
I would like to use this theme as i like the look and feel of it.
I installed it successfully on a subdomain of mine to see how the theme would represent one of my clients business and I was very impressed.

however when i went to install it on there wordpress it would not load. I got on to the hosting company and they said it was a developers issue.

I can not figure it out as both my own wordpress and my clients have the same hosting company.

please help
