Polylang compatible with Multisite and Virtue Theme?

I’m looking for a multilanguage plugin that allows flags on my primary menu ( https://www.spinips.com instead of “Chi siamo” ) or on my secondary menu on the right of Contatti.
Is it possible? Do you offer support in case of problems?
