Sorting galleries into folders

  • Hi again and many thanks for support so far. I have a few more questions please.

    1 – Is it possible to categorise galleries? I have a lot of galleries that I wish to create using your plugin. Is there a way to categorise these galleries into albums per say? To explain, say I have 10 galleries and have to categorise them into 2 groups say group 1: events, group 2: people and locations for example. Now when i look at the front end I see Events thumbnail to click into all event galleries AND people thumbnail to see all people galleries.

    2 – Can I use thumbnails to represent galleries? As it stands (in free version), I can create galleries for display with short code however this shows entire gallery as opposed to gallery thumbnail to then open all images in chosen gallery format.

    Dear @afrogenius now we are working on our gallery to add Categories and Albums with thumbnails so i think soon you will be able to use our gallery the way you want.

    We will post about it here as soon as it will be ready.

    I am also really interested in this solution. I am looking to have a single page/category for photos with which an album cover is shown with the name and a thumbnail and people can select which album they want to open to look at the gallery. Do you know how long it will be until this feature is available?
