Update to 4.0 error uploading images

  • Is anyone else having issues with the upload of images in WordPress 4.0? My images are being uploaded with terrible quality, this occurs only after I made the upgrade.

  • Can’t upload images after upgrade. Telling me its not posible to make the 2014/9/ folder, pad to folder is correct. So the map is there and its 777. FTP client can make and delete folders fine.

    I am having exactly the same problem thundercat1981 has. Images uploaded are duplicated for thousands of times in wp_posts table.

    I’m having the same problem, i just uploaded a logo, and i have 2000 duplicate of it in my media library :/

    are you using wpml?
    in my case, it was because of the old version wpml plugin, after i upgrade it to the latest version, the problem is gone.
