    Hello.
Posted a topic few months ago as I was using a theme that had featured video support( added via custom settings in add article, page) and the lazy load overlayer was smaller than the actual video. I stopped using the theme back then, and now I found a good use for it … it’s a long story.

Even if I add 100% width it’s not too much usefull since I only get the video to stretch horizontally, but it isn’t stretched proportionally, also in height too and I get a lot of vertical blank space.

I won’t gonna skip the theme again as things look better now. I want to also use your plugin because I intend too hook buddypress to my site and It would be very usefull for wall videos.

Is there anything I could do to fix that problem?

Also, I’m thinking at this as a solution if there’s nothing left to do. I could stop the plugin from working on single post and archive page( post featured video in a smaller size appears in archive pages too) and have it working for let’s say pages, for buddypress only?

Here is an article with featured video https://goo.gl/EtsnOl
Here is a archive page with that featured video( this time is actually larger than it’s container) https://goo.gl/vnj5LL

    Thank you.

    Hi,

the feature to display videos responsive (with ratio 4:3) is already developed and will be published with the next update. I want to publish the update in the next days.

    Regards,

I saw you pushed an update for the plugin. Donno if this is the one you told me about, with 4:3 videos feature but things look better on archive page, as you cand see( the same links). On single post though, the thumbnail it’s still not as tall as the video. The play button may look off center but actually is right in the middle of the real video.

Update: On the settings page I saw a button with “Update Posts” and boom, now the cover has the same dimensions as the video.

Since I thought to disable lazy load on articles just if the problem had no fix( and it was fixed), the topic is resolved.
