• I cannot use the plugin anymore. If I press “check” nothing happens and if I scroll down there’s no menu to fill in title, meta discription etc. I check the screen settings, no success. I deactived and than activated the plugin, no success.

    What do u guys suggest?

I really do not want to reinstall the plugin, because then I loose all the settings. I never have had this problem before. Could it be a bug?

    Greetings

Did you check your browsers JavaScript console? Are there any errors there?

Thanks for the tips, unfortunately I haven’t a clue about debugging script. Tried opening wp-config.php as recommended on the WP site but can’t find the file anywhere to open it. (I’m running Windows 7, don’t have a “Run” box in the start menu anymore and when I type it in the Search box, nothing comes up.)

I tried uninstalling all Java, then reinstalling it and Firefox, still have a not-working SEO by Yoast, plus now some functionalities of the post editor, like Create/Edit Link, are not working either.

This is really disappointing for an amateur who just wants to write a blog. No support from Go Daddy or Word Press or Yoast (unless I pay the latter to upgrade to “Premium.”)

I had no idea when I bought into this how hopeless it is trying to get support. Probably should have stayed with Google, at least their stuff worked.

Any additional guidance would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

It is not working for me either. This cannot be a browser issue on our end, when more than one person is having this exact same issue. We deserve support without having to upgrade to Premium.
A free version is offered, the free version needs to actually WORK.

It will be in the plugin author’s interest to fix any bugs with the free version of the plugin, but the author is in no obligation to provide support. Please be patient and wait for the author to respond.
