[Theme: Realia] Anyone knows how to fix Realia navigation menu?

I’ve been posting questions to the authors but it seems no one gets back to me.

I just bought Realia template and ran the one-click install. After running, this is what my site looks like: https://www.panayproperties.org/. The menus are everywhere. I don’t know where to fix that and how. Also, the List Your Property button right there on top contains wrong destination address. Where to fix that? Please help! Thanks in advance…..
