Anthologize – 2 Issues

  • Can you specify what you mean by “go to Preview”? Exactly what did you click?

    Do things look correct when you export to PDF or other formats?

    In My Projects, I open my Project, and click on Preview Project. Every thing is in reverse order, from the chapters to each part. It also did not download the photos for each part (post).

    I cannot export to PDF. It says You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page, even though I am the Administrator in settings. I have disabled the short codes and still the same problem.

    I can export in HTML, and items are in the correct order, but still no photos.

    Hi Boone, I haven’t heard from you. Wondering if you found out what might be the problem. I retired starting from scratch on a new project and still the same problem – reverse order of all entries and no photos. Hope you can figure it out.

    Hi Shirley – I’m afraid I haven’t been able to do in-depth troubleshooting on this issue at the moment, though I’ll note that I haven’t seen the issue in the past so I have a tendency to believe that it’s some peculiarity of your WordPress install (plugin conflict or something like that). If I get a chance to look more deeply, I will update here. Thanks.
