I setup 1 G+ profile with my account, and whenever I post, there is an image underneath my post, and an option to follow me.

Since then, I have removed that account, and linked a new G+ account, but the posts still show the old G+ account.

All new posts, show my new G+ profile, but the posts which were created before swapping the G+ account, still show the old G+ account.

How can I get the previous posts to show the new G+ profile?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

if you want to change the assigned Google+ author for previous posts, you’ll need to make changes to a specific option in your database. To do so, try the following:

    1. Access your database via the tool provided by your hosting provider. In most cases, the tool will be PHPMyAdmin
    2. Look for the table named *_options, * being your site’s database prefix.
    3. In that table, look for the gplus_authors row.
    4. You can edit that option value and replace your old Google+ profile options by the new ones.

It’s worth noting that Google recently retired Google Authorship (ref). That module is consequently not that useful anymore, and we might remove it from Jetpack in the future.

    I hope this helps.
