    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please confirm that you are using the latest version of Smart Reporter [i.e. v2.7.1]? If not, then request you to kindly update to the latest version of Smart Reporter and then have a recheck with the functionality.

    Further, you could also simply deactivate and re-activate the Smart Reporter plugin and then try to reproduce the Smart Reporter issue.

    If still the issue persists then would request you to kindly create a wordpress admin account and forward us the login credentials at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.
