cannot upload images on wordpress if plugin is enabled

this is the error i get when Aspose Importer & Exporter plugin is enabled
“banner.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.when its disabled image uploads works totally fine
