I have verified the images still exist and the post urls are still the same in the database, so i’m getting worried now.

I installed the plugin on 2 sites today but only had the problem with this one (running latest wordpress and plugin).

The result is there are no images displaying anywhere on the site nor custom icons in the admin panel. I havealready deactived all features i can find and deactivated the plugin but with no success and am unsure where or what the htaccess file should be (in case it was changed).

Permalinks are in use and I have tried reapplying them to fix the problem already.

I can tell this is going to be a tiny thing to fix everything but so far it has eluded me. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi! Thanks for your response.

Finally last night I found the conflict, it was the changes to the htaccess file which would have impprove file access security, but I think turned out in compatible with my site in particular.

I was able to draw upon another site I managed to compare the two. The site with the problem was an Addon site (so in a directory withing another site) whereas the successful one was installed alone. I won’t pretend to clearly understand the issue, but after comparing the 2 and remove all the extra rules the plugin added, everything returned back to normal.

Otherwise, I enjoy the features this plugin offers and still run it on the site it has worked on!

I hope this helps others too!

    Thanks again
