Show profile information in post.

I have added a category/tag section to my user’s profiles which shows up in the native WP All Users admin dialogue. Users or admin can select categories and tags there to add to their profile. The plugin is called “User Tags”.

I want to show these selected categories and tags in a custom post or page so as to use a “find similar posts” plugin as a type of search to locate users with a similar profile.

Any guidance on how this could be done would be gratefully received.
