Error 403 when trying to remove Menu

    I am a Vantage Premium user. When I try to remove an unused menu under Appearance\Menus\Delete Menu, the following message is displayed:

    403 Forbidden
    Access to this resource on the server is denied!

    How can I remove any unused menu?
