NO IMAGE SHARING WITH FACEBOOK

Hello,
I’m using your plugin JETPACK for the SHARING options with Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, Email et Print.
I have a problem with Facebook.
When i want to share an article with Facebook, there is no image for the post.
Exemple :
https://www.topvideotalents.com/top-video-talents/concours-video-tetes-brulees-crowdsourcing/I don’t understand where is the problem ?
