Approve email confirmation going to junk/spam folder

I’ve been testing the registration process using this plugin and noticed a glitch in the auto emails. When a user registers on my site, he/she gets an activation email (works great – goes to their inbox). Then I, as the admin, get an email that their has been a new registration on my site (works great – goes to my inbox). However, after I “approve” the new user, the “Approve Email” goes to the user’s jumk/spam email folder. I have replicated this a few times with a few different users.
Any ideas why that email in particular (and not the other standard WordPress auto emails) goes to the user’s junk email? Is there anything that can be done about this?
