Top of post invisible in fullscreen/distraction-free writing mode

    Just downloaded 4.0 nightly and tested out the distraction-free mode on my laptop (arch linux, Firefox Aurora 33, chromium 37). In both browsers, the view of the top line is cut off; in the normal view, display is perfect.
