Can't log onto my admin

  • Hello,

    I can’t log into my admin account to edit my website. When I try and reset the password the email never goes to my email.

    I have cleared the cookies on my laptop. I haven’t change anything on the website.

    Does anyone know how to fix this problem as I need to edit the website?
