My panel

I’m noticing a strange thing, it seems that my tools in panel wordpress are decreasing, but every time I see that are less resources. At first when I just install wordpress on my host looked like it was more resources than it has now. I’m having trouble editing basic features such as: themes, to remove widget, and improve my design.
I’m trying to download new themes that can fit with my blog and they are not unpacking, comes a message that says this “file can not be installed because it is no file.” I try again and here comes another message and says she is missing something like an item or incompatible. He is not the width it should and is getting a track width of less extensive.
And also can not remove feedback options on my pages that do not need discussion.
