Database scheduled time cannot be changed

No matter how I change the time in “How often feeds will be updated.”, when I check “Diagnostics”, it always stays 30 minutes (The database is successfully scheduled for this time period: thirty minutes).
May I know how can I change the database scheduled time successfully?
