    Hey Trenton,

    It looks like the reason the feed isn’t displaying on your site is that you have some JavaScript errors on your site which are preventing JavaScript from running. The plugin loads the photos in from Instagram using JavaScript but these errors are preventing JavaScript from running. You can see the errors if you view the JavaScript console in your web browser – here’s a screenshot for you.

    I’m able to display your posts on my own test site using the plugin, as you can see here. If you remove the JavaScript errors on your site then the plugin will be able to display your photos.

    PS. I’ve tried that Cookie Butter from Trader Joes and it’s delicious!

    found it, somehow the plug in “JS & CSS Script Optimizer” kills the JS…

    Awesome, glad you were able to find the culprit. I can see that the Instagram photos are now displaying on your page.

    Let me know whether I can mark this topic as resolved,

    Thanks for letting me know about that. I’ve just pushed out a minor update which includes a correction for that typo along with another fix.

    The plugin outputs the following JavaScript to your page:

    var sb_instagram_js_options = {"sb_instagram_at":"YOUR_ACCESS_TOKEN"};

    And also includes a link to a JavaScript file in the footer of your site, which you can find the contents of in the zip file of the plugin. The file is js/sb-instagram.js.

    Also, just to let you know that the update I just pushed out (1.1.3) contains a fix for the issue that’s causing your images to be cut off. If you update then it should fix that for you.

    If you have any other issues then just let me know,

    Hey Trenton,

    I’ve checked all of my inboxes but don’t seem to have received an email from you. Could you send it again using the form on our Contact page?

    Apologies for the inconvenience,

    John

    For some reason I’m getting the text displayed where I inserted the shortcode:

    VAR SB_INSTAGRAM_JS_OPTIONS = {“SB_INSTAGRAM_AT”:”242445360.CF0499D.F73F1151D5F24C9B85D0C3758DE62CB1″};

    In the footer of my site. No js errors in the console.
    Any idea why my images aren’t being shown?

    Hey chercka,

    I haven’t seen this specific issue before. Do you have the ‘Are you using an Ajax powered theme?’ setting checked on the plugin’s Settings page? If so, could you uncheck that to see whether it fixes the problem?

    If it doesn’t, then I wonder if there’s a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Could you try temporarily deactivating the ‘Better WordPress Minify’ plugin you have installed to see whether that fixes the issue? If it doesn’t, then could you try switching to a default WordPress theme for a few seconds (TwentyTwelve, TwentyFifteen, etc) to see whether the issue still occurs?

    Many thanks,

    John

    Sorry for not responding sooner.

    The issue was that the shortcode was placed in a footer area in Customizer which had to be filtered by the theme to allow rendering. A security issue.
    So the theme author gave me a tip to bypass this filtering.

    Bottom line, it was a theme issue, not a plugin issue, and the plugin works splendidly. Thanks so much. ??

    Glad to hear you were able to get to the bottom of the problem chercka, and thanks for letting me know what the problem was.

    If you have any other issues or questions in future then just let me know and I’d be happy to help!

    John
