Containers not showing all the time

I installed WooCommerce on a website. Everything is working great except the theme “containers” that surround the page content aren’t showing on all the store pages.

The container is showing up properly on the “Cart” page however:

I’ve tried a few things I found online and in these forums but none have worked.
Can anyone give me some insight on what is going wrong?
