Approval of participant signups

  • Maybe I’m missing something, but there does not seem to be a way to disable automatic approval of signups. I’ve already been hit with spam volunteers. Not sure what they wanted other than perhaps looking for backdoor into website or uploading inappropriate image/urls.

    In the “Admin” section there is a filter for approved or not.
    Can this be used to limit what signups are shown on the list_participants shortcode?

    Yes, that is described on the “other notes” page under approving records for display. You just need to add the filter to your list shorcode:

    [pdb_list filter="approved=yes"]
