One Comments area to entire Blog ?

    Hi guys,

    Is it possible to have only one comments area to the entire Blog?

    meaning, visitors to the blog will be able the comments,
    thier comments will be arranged chronically
    Yet, not necessarily tied to a certain post.

    Can it be done ?

    Can my blog’s visitor comments be piled one on top of the other pending on the date and not the Post

    Can it be done ?
