How do I stop my website from receiving unwanted contacts ?

  • I was receiving unwanted replies (via a comments-box on one of my pages)
    so I removed its comments-box.

    But I’m still receiving the WordPress-emails’ with the heading:

    [my domain name] Please moderate: “Welcome to ‘my domain name’ !”
    A new trackback on the post “Welcome to my domain name !” is waiting for your approval.

    So how do I stop my website from receiving these unwanted contacts ?
