Changing Submit buttons in Participant Database Plugin

I’m using the Participant Database plugin at https://memdesignsclients.com/sao/find-an-sao-teacher-2/, and I want to style or change the Submit and Clear buttons but I can’t find them referenced in any file.
Also, I would like to change the text on the two search field boxes and can’t find that text either.
